Last Sunday, we had the incredible opportunity to showcase Pixel Perfect Photo Booth Co. at the San Diego Bridal Bazaar at the Convention Center. It was our first time as an exhibitor, and while we were a bit nervous leading up to the event, we had an absolute blast, met so many amazing couples, and learned a ton along the way!
A Simple Yet Stunning Setup
We arrived bright and early at 7:00 AM to begin setting up, with everything ready to go by 9:30 AM. Our booth featured our Sweetheart Booth, a beautifully handcrafted vintage wood photo booth that turned heads all day long. To complement its timeless aesthetic, we kept the setup simple yet elegant with a stylish backdrop, our Audio Guest Book, and a display table showcasing our high-quality printed photos in sleek acrylic frames.

In fact, some Bridal Bazaar attendees even told us that we had the best photo output of all the photo booth companies present!
People absolutely loved using our booth, capturing gorgeous, professional-quality photos, and experiencing the perfect blend of modern technology and vintage charm. They took a print home and used the texting feature to send the image to their loved ones.
A Sweet Touch & Thoughtful Takeaways
To make the experience even sweeter, we handed out Hershey’s Kisses and Andes Crème de Menthe Thins to visitors stopping by our booth. It was a small touch, but guests truly appreciated it.
We also ran out of handouts toward the end of the event—a great sign that we had made a lasting impression! For serious shoppers, we offered exclusive logo magnets featuring a QR code leading directly to our website and booking page, making it easier than ever for couples to reserve their date with us.
Bookings & Looking Ahead
As of today, we’re thrilled to share that we’ve already booked several weddings for this year and next and have multiple follow-ups scheduled with interested couples. It’s exciting to see how our hard work and dedication paid off, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing connections we made.
